John Edwards Conference Bursary

Are you a volunteer with a historic place or heritage organization? Do you give your time, energy, and passion to bring heritage to life? We want you to be a part of the 2022 National Trust Conference and join in the dialogue at this national heritage learning and networking event.  The John Edwards Conference Bursary for Heritage Volunteers can help make that possible!

We would like to thank all applicants for their interest in the bursary. The 2022 application period is now closed.

The John Edwards Conference Bursary was established to honour the legacy of longtime heritage advocate and volunteer, John Edwards. The bursary provides much-needed financial support to help volunteers participate in the 2022 National Trust Conference.

“I am determined to acknowledge volunteers, who in my opinion are the lifeblood of the heritage field.”

– Helen Edwards, heritage advocate and volunteer, and National Trust member and Heritage Patrons Circle Donor

We would like to thank Helen Edwards for her generous gift in memory of John C. S. Edwards.
